Hi, I'm Stacy. As a product of the eighties, I entered the world as Cabbage Patch Kids were flying off shelves and Duran Duran had the #1 song in America. Like any kid then, I grew up worshiping The Little Mermaid, Cookie Crisp, and the holy grail of the crayon box: Cerulean Blue. In high school, though mostly preoccupied with which boy band member to marry, I also developed an appreciation toward the arts. I spent hours sketching and playing with a knock-off version of Photoshop on my parents' Compaq Presario.
After giving graphic design and photography classes a try during college, I could no longer imagine myself doing anything else. I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Fine Arts (concentration in Graphic design) from Fontbonne University. I consider earning a degree in the arts as my proudest life-decision, as it exposed me to a way of thinking and a myriad of art-styles that I would not have otherwise experienced.
I am currently employed as full-time freelance designer and photographer, inspired by family, friends and strangers, nostalgia, music, travel, typography, the exciting and the mundane.
